Describe it
Tell Forgecrew what you want in plain words. The team asks about details when it needs to.
Desktop app for Claude Code agent teams
Describe what you want to build in one sentence. Forgecrew suggests a crew, the lead splits the work into tasks, and you follow everything in a chat.
How a job runs
Tell Forgecrew what you want in plain words. The team asks about details when it needs to.
The wizard suggests 2–5 teammates for the job, or you start from a template. Remove anyone and add any role you like.
The lead turns your goal into tasks and starts the teammates. You see who works on what and how much is left, and you step in only when they ask.
The crew · 11 roles
Every teammate is a Claude Code agent with its own job. Forgecrew writes them into your project as crew-*.md files, so they keep their roles every time the team starts.
Thinks through the structure and breaks the work into small, assignable steps.
Builds the user interface: pages, buttons, forms, menus.
Builds what runs behind the scenes: server, data storage, sign-in.
General developer: writes new features and fixes bugs anywhere in the code.
Colors, fonts and layout, so it looks good and is easy to use.
Tries what the others build, writes tests and reports bugs.
Texts, descriptions, product pages and help, clearly written.
Gameplay, rules, levels and the game logic.
Scripts, data processing, spreadsheets, automating repetitive work.
Reviews the code, looks for bugs and risks, and makes suggestions.
README, user guide, setup instructions.
Job templates · 6
Each template comes with a crew that fits the job. You can edit it later, just like a suggested team.

Two views
One click in the title bar switches views. The team stays the same, only what you see changes.
For everyone who cares about the result.
When you want to see what happens under the hood.
Privacy and safety
You sign in on Claude's official page. Forgecrew never sees your password and stores no account details, only whether someone is signed in.
The app's internal server listens on 127.0.0.1 only. There are no Forgecrew servers and no tracking. The work runs through Claude Code on your own Claude plan.
To show progress it reads Claude Code's session files. In your project it writes only the team's crew-*.md files, and it touches Claude Code's settings only if you turn on precise tracking, after making a backup.
Recommended: teammates edit files freely but ask before running a command. You can also make them ask about everything.
A per-user install with no admin rights. Uninstalling removes the app, its shortcuts and its Windows entry, and keeps your projects.

Until the installer is code-signed, SmartScreen may say “Windows protected your PC”. Choose More info, then Run anyway.

Questions
The team works through Claude Code on your own Claude plan, so its work counts toward that plan's usage. In economy mode the teammates use the faster, cheaper Sonnet model.
No. Describe what you want in plain words. The team asks when something is unclear, and the advanced view is there when you want the details.

The app and the team work in English or Hungarian. You can switch in Settings at any time.
